Privacy Policy

When you buy from TruXedo, Inc., you provide us with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. We use this information to process your orders only. We will not knowingly provide your name to any source outside of TruXedo, Inc. In order to most efficiently serve you, both credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card and to process your order. They are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

All orders are subject to written acceptance by TruXedo, Inc., whose corporate office and mailing address is 2209 Kellen Gross Drive, Yankton, South Dakota, 57078. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Shipping

For orders outside the continental U.S., please call toll free 1-877-878-9336 to order direct. Allow five business days for stocked items, plus transit time; non-stocked items will be shipped within six to ten business days. The shipping charges are based upon location and vary by product. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. TruXedo, Inc., Yankton, SD. Items that do not meet UPS size and weight requirements will be shipped via common carrier. Orders with large items may be packaged separately. All other shipments will be made via UPS Ground. Other shipping options are available. Please call us toll free at 1-877-878-9336 for different shipping options. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made with the carrier. No collect calls will be accepted. To ensure delivery, we must have your complete address, city, zip code and phone number. When you receive your shipment, please check the carton(s) carefully, making sure you have all those listed on the delivery receipt. If a carton is damaged, open it and inspect the contents before
signing for delivery. If your merchandise is damaged, describe the damage on the truck delivery receipt. Failure to document damaged or missing merchandise on the delivery receipt releases the freight carrier of ALL liability. As a result, replacements or repairs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

TruXedo, Inc. warrants that all new products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended and applies to the original buyer only. TruXedo, Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, or at its option, replacement of any part returned, transportation prepaid, to TruXedo, Inc., Yankton, SD, if the product
is, in our judgement, defective. All materials returned without prior authorization will be refused. TruXedo, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, property or downtime. There are no warranties for products that have been repaired, altered, modified or subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or ordinary wear and tear. TruXedo, Inc. will not honor warranty claims if non-genuine parts are utilized.

Return Policy

All sales are final. All returns for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to insure proper credit. Call our customer service number (1-877-878-9336) to receive an RMA number. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned warranty goods. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Upon confirmation of deficiencies by inspection, merchandise will be corrected and returned prepaid– or purchase price credited if under warranty. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any deviations to above merchandise returns must be pre-approved. Prices, product listings, line drawings, catalog sizes, weights and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. If returns are scheduled to be picked up by TruXedo, Inc., no storage charges will be paid by TruXedo, Inc. prior to pickup. TruXedo, Inc. will pick up the merchandise at its earliest convenience.
